Writing Synergy (yes, it's free!)
|
It's hard to write on your own, especially during this ongoing uncertainty.
I've discovered there's a creative energy that comes when you sit and write surrounded by other writers, so I wanted to provide this opportunity for gathering together as a writing community. ALL writers are welcome to these events. Writing your novel? Great. Want to draw? Excellent. Crafting social media posts? That's fine too. At the beginning of the session, everyone will introduce themselves briefly stating what they want to work on during the session (if there are lots of people, I'll divide you into smaller groups). I then set a timer for 45 minutes and we write. After the timer goes off, you say how it went and write for another 45 minutes. At the end of the session, you'll have the opportunity to share how the experience went. Get writing! Nadia P.S. If you still have questions after looking at the FAQs or want to work with me, drop me a line here. |
Hear what participants have to say about the experience
'Thank you, Nadia, for a valuable "Writing Space" via Zoom last night. It was very comforting to have this dedicated time for writing. (If I hadn't attended, I would have been trying to do household tasks with the news continuously running in the background!) It was a great relief! The other benefit was writing next to a room full of other writers. At least that's the way it felt - as if there was just a glass pane separating me from everyone else. '

'I'm so glad I joined you. I don't think of myself as a writer, but this evening I managed to write an entire first draft of a children's picture book. I can't imagine I would've accomplished that alone.'
Rachel J. Sarah Packer: Nadia! Honestly the best experience today. I finished two blog posts! I can't wait to join the next meeting. Thanks again for creating this awesome space for writers!
